Donna's opening the kitchen doors to her smallest, keenest apprentices. Our chefs will let the kids in on her secrets mixing, wrapping, folding before everyone tucks into their own banquet.

Spanning the Mezzanine Rooms, the Champions Suite is available for exclusive hire across key sporting event dates.

Tea has always been the ritual of Yum Cha, poured tableside as it has been for centuries. Donna Chang keeps the ritual, changes the pour. For two hours, Hendrick's cocktails come straight from the teapot, alongside a banquet crafted by our master dumpling chefs, served beneath chandeliers in Brisbane's most lush, pink, modern Chinese dining room. Prefer to skip the alcohol? We've got non-alcoholic teapot cocktails too.
